Welcome to plains.store. By accessing our website and/or placing an order, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

These Terms apply to all purchases made on plains.store. By using our website or completing a transaction, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time without prior notice. The version available at the time of your order will apply.

Orders & Payments

All orders placed through plains.store are subject to acceptance and availability.

Payment is required at checkout.

We accept payments via Yoco, including Apple Pay and manual card entry.

Once payment is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation by email.

 

Shipping & Delivery

Local Delivery (South Africa): Orders are dispatched via Ram Couriers. Delivery typically takes 3–5 working days.

International Delivery: Timelines and costs vary by destination and will be displayed at checkout.

While we strive to meet communicated delivery times, delays outside of our control (such as courier issues, customs, or weather) may occur.

If your order has not arrived by the estimated date, please contact us at info@plains.store.

 

Prices & Charges

Product prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) and exclude delivery fees.

Applicable delivery charges will be clearly shown during checkout before you confirm your order.

We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice, but any changes will not affect orders already placed.

 

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

We want you to be satisfied with your Plains purchase. If you are not, you may return items under the following conditions:

Returns must be requested within 10 days of purchase.

Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition and packaging.

Customers are responsible for return courier costs, except where the item is defective or damaged upon arrival — in which case Plains will arrange collection at no cost.

Once inspected and approved, you may choose between:

full refund, an exchange for another item, or Store credit equal to the item’s value.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights — including but not limited to trademarks, logos, product designs, graphics, and photography — are the property of House of Plains.

No content from plains.store may be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written consent from Plains.

 

Liability & Disclaimer

Plains is not liable for delivery delays caused by external parties (couriers, customs, strikes, or weather).

Plains is not responsible for product misuse or failure to follow care instructions.

Plains does, however, remain responsible for ensuring that product descriptions, stock availability, and prices on plains.store are accurate at the time of order.

 

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of South African courts.
